Terms of Service

1. Services

Finex Babylon provides financial and compliance consulting services including, but not limited to, income tax filing, GST registration and returns, company registration, trademark registration, accounting, and related regulatory filings in India.

Each engagement is subject to a separate service agreement or confirmed scope of work, which specifies the services, timeline, and fees. These Terms apply to all such engagements.

2. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide accurate and timely services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents as required for each service
• Respond to requests for additional information within a reasonable timeframe
• Review all documents prepared on their behalf before submission and notify us of any discrepancies
• Maintain their own copies of all filed documents and acknowledgements
• Inform us promptly of any changes in their business, income sources, or regulatory status that may affect ongoing services

We cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies, penalties, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for each service are agreed upon before work commences and detailed in the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice or as specified in the service agreement
• Overdue payments may attract a late payment fee
• We reserve the right to withhold delivery of documents or continuation of services until outstanding invoices are settled
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Payments made online via Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's own terms and conditions. We do not store payment card information.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your financial information, documents, or business details to any third party except as required to provide the agreed services (e.g., filing with government authorities) or as required by law. 5. Limitations of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Penalties, interest, or assessments arising from information provided by the client that was inaccurate, incomplete, or provided after the agreed deadline
• Delays caused by government portals (income tax, GST, MCA, etc.) or technical outages beyond our control
• Changes in law or regulation that affect filings already completed
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity (indirect or consequential losses)

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, and layout, is owned by Finex Babylon and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Client Portal

Access to the client portal is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access for violation of these terms or security concerns.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with reasonable written notice, subject to completion of any work already in progress and settlement of outstanding fees. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if a client provides false information, fails to cooperate, or if continued engagement would violate applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
